Our “team” consists of Jean Moore, Heather Frey and Marsha Brown.

Jean has been in the qualitative research industry since 1982, originally with Leslie Westbrook and Associates where she handled project management, traveled with Leslie, wrote reports, managed the operations side of the company, and generally learned qualitative research by being immersed in all aspects of the industry. In 1992, she established Qualitative Research Management, and has partnered with many of the same professional researchers for nearly 25 years. Throughout these experiences, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a variety of industries.

When she is not busy juggling project details, Jean loves to cook, work with her husband, Rick, in their perennial gardens, work out, and travel.

Heather Frey joined Qualitative Research Management in 1999. She has successfully mastered all aspects of the business with great skill and proficiency. She is very organized and detail-oriented and has the ability to prioritize and balance all the multi facets of project management. She has excellent computer skills and superior relationship-building abilities with clients and facilities. She is a scheduling pro, and loves to calculate bids. 

Heather lives with her husband, Aaron, and 2 dogs, Sadie and Dartanian. In her spare time, she likes to run and read.

Marsha Brown owns and operates her company, Production Services. She is our document “wizard” and handles all the production aspects of the business. She has extraordinary speed, skills, and talents in meeting the difficult deadlines we impose on her for word processing complicated screeners, profile sheets, Fact Sheets, reports, etc. She handles it all with grace and without a moment’s hesitation. Marsha is an integral and very valuable member of our “team.”  

Marsha lives with her husband, Doug, and they have raised two terrific young men. In her spare time she likes to read, do needlework and tackle home improvement projects.

Jean and Heather are consummate professionals. They are always very responsive and focused on ensuring that we are collectively working in the customer’s best interest. I never have to double check on any project that Jean and Heather are managing as I know that every detail will be properly addressed.
